Due to the Governments recent announcements of a second lockdown in areas across the UK, we are pleased to able to continue working whilst maintaining a safe working environment and getting your monthly boxes and gift orders sent out to you. We are aware many of you have your regular subscriptions shipped to a work address; if you are not at work at the moment and need your address changing, please let us know by email and we can ensure this is changed for you for either the foreseeable or just as a one off.
We are now seeing a huge increase in gift box orders as we head towards the busy Christmas period. We are also however, starting to see an increase in delivery delays with Royal Mail orders for both gifts and subscriptions. Royal mail are under an increased amount of pressure with the prospect of a very busy Christmas period as well as reduced staff numbers. During such uncertain times we cannot guarantee your order will be with you within the usual 2-4 working days and we would recommend getting all your Christmas orders in as early as possible. Please try to be as patient as possible with deliveries during such uncertain times, however if you feel your order is taking a long time to arrive, please do get in touch and we can look into it for you.
Despite our best efforts to get all of our gift orders sent out within the same day (when ordered before 12 noon), this sometimes will stretch over to one working day due to staff absence during such a busy period.
Our subscriptions will continue to be as normal, dispatched between the 1st – 5th of the month, however whilst we are still in such difficult times, we expect dispatch day to be closer to the 5th to ensure as many renewals as possible have completed reducing contact with Royal Mail.
