What is Forelock and Fringe?
Forelock and Fringe is an equestrian and lifestyle subscription box! We provide luxury products for both you and your horse to enjoy. We believe that it is equally as important to treat yourself as well as your horse!
What will I get?
Each month you will receive products and treats both equine and non-equine. The box will include both prestigious brands you know and love, and smaller independent brands you might not have heard of before. We always include a sweet treat and a drink for you as well as a lifestyle item for you, we often include clothing for riding or general yard attire, please note these are more feminine in style and shape. A Forelock and Fringe box includes half for you and half for your horse, this will include 4-9 products in each box guaranteed to be worth over the £45 you pay!
Can I send this as a gift?
Of course – what an amazing gift! Just add a note telling us it’s a gift and add a message on the checkout page, and we’ll send a personalised card in with the first box to your lucky recipient.
How can I pay?
Credit card, debit card or PayPal are the options we offer.
Your subscription will renew on the same day you originally started your subscription. For example if you started on the 3rd, your renewal will always be the 3rd. If another date within the month suits you better we can easily adjust it to a date to suit. Please send us an email to [email protected] and we will be happy to help.
When will I get my box?
My order still says it is processing?
No need to worry! If you received an order confirmation via email we have received your order. Your order will say it is processing until it is dispatched which will then change to complete. If you have any questions please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help!
I want to upgrade/downgrade my subscription?
Sign in to ‘My Account’ and select the upgrade/downgrade button at the bottom of the page. Complete the form to your desired subscription plan and we will then receive your request. Currently we manually move you to another subscription therefore it will be completed as soon as we can (This is usually within 24 hours). You will receive an email confirmation once compete and your subscription will be switched! If you have paid via PayPal you will need to re enter your payment method, you can either do this via an email sent to you or via your account settings. I want to update my sizing options?
Sign in to ‘My Account’ and select ‘Subscriptions’ you should be able to adjust your sizing and alcohol options by following the link and re inputting your details. Alterntivaly please email us with your full name and order details and we can easily update your details for you. If you have any issues feel free to contact us at [email protected]
Can you tailor the box for specific requirments?
Yes! We can tailor the boxes to suit requirements such as Vegan, Vegetarian, Diary free, gluten free & nut allergy. Please leave a note at the checkout letting us know. If you have a specific retirement not listed above please email us at [email protected] and we can advsie if this is something can can cater for.
Who is the box suitable for?
Our aim is to connect you with new and different products you may not typically purchase, we have had so many of our members telling us they have found a new favourite product or brand through their boxes. Our boxes are typically suited more towards a late teen to adult, female audience and clothing is typically more feminine. Although a younger rider or Male may also absolutely love them.
