We will always listen to your colour preferences being 'Neutral, colourful, don't mind' initially and we will then refer to these specific colour preferences however we can never guarantee. Please also note, If you have 'Neutral' selected you shouldn't need to worry about being sent bright coloured clothing items unless otherwise stated.)

Although we will always try our very best to tailor your box to suit these preferences these can not always be catered for with each item. For example if your horse wears Extra Full not all brands offer this size therefore we will substitute this with size Full. Please be understanding that we will try our best but these will not always be catered for.
