Heavyweight is a thicker fabric with a slight micro liner inside and will offer a leggings function but more of a substantial breeches feel whilst still remaining a legging giving greater coverage. We recommend the size up in heavyweight this is due to heavyweight having a close knit yarn so will feel a snugger stretch although both are from the exact same size moulds. Heavyweight will offer more of a compressive feel.
